The Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Commerce Life Long Learning Center (KTSO-YBEM) organized a seminar titled “Artificial Intelligence in the New Era.” This event took place in the KTSO conference hall and was led by Eyyüp Kavalcı, the Director of Smartix Trading Ltd.
The seminar consisted of two sessions lasting a total of three hours. Many firms and institutions from diverse sectors, including IT, food, furniture-wood, and metal processing, participated in the educational program. This allowed attendees to gain comprehensive information about the applications of artificial intelligence.
Notably, the seminar featured the introduction of the robotic dog Trodos, developed by KTSO member Efetech Technology Ltd., which was met with great interest from the participants.
Training Series and Future Plans
KTSO-YBEM announced that it will continue to offer training related to artificial intelligence with different topics tailored to the needs of the sectors. It was noted that participants can follow current information about the training programs through KTSO’s communication channels.
At the end of the seminar, participation certificates were presented to attendees, providing them with an important advantage in evaluating educational opportunities.

KTSO-YBEM Coordinator Ziynet Deniz shared her thoughts on the seminar, stating, “A large portion of our members are using artificial intelligence. However, the real need is to find a companion who can help them use these technologies in a more strategic manner. We are pleased to offer this companionship as YBEM.”
