The Cyprus University of Health and Social Sciences (KSTU) is offering a significant support package for students who have regained the right to return to higher education under Law No. 7592. These opportunities will enable students to make a strong start to their studies.
The university offers a 75% uninterrupted scholarship for students who will transfer laterally by taking advantage of the student amnesty, along with free double diploma options and fixed tuition fees. This way, students will be able to manage their financial burdens more predictably during their studies.
With the implementation of Law No. 7592 on August 9, 2026, students who had their ties severed with higher education institutions or who were unable to enroll despite having qualified, now have a chance to restart their educational journeys. With this new regulation, eligible students will be able to transfer to KSTU and continue their education from where they left off.
KSTU offers scholarship opportunities to students who transfer laterally into undergraduate programs such as Dentistry, Psychology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Child Development, Coaching Education, Sports Management, and Recreation, as well as the associate degree program in Oral and Dental Health. These programs are designed to particularly benefit scholarship students.
In addition to the uninterrupted scholarship and fixed tuition opportunities, the free double major program provides students with the chance to earn a second diploma as well. KSTU provides these supports to ensure that young people returning to higher education can continue their studies without financial concerns in the future.
