In a drug operation conducted in İskele, police seized 70 grams of cannabis. The operation was carried out by the Crime Prevention Department, which recently arrested two suspects. The suspects have been identified as Z.S.A.A. (26) and O.K. (22).
During a search at O.K.’s residence, police found 10 grams of narcotics. Investigations revealed that O.K. had acquired the drugs from Z.S.A.A. In a subsequent raid on Z.S.A.A.’s address, 60 grams of cannabis were seized.
The police indicated that the investigation is still in its early stages, thus requesting the court for an extension of the detention period. The court ruled that both suspects would remain in custody under police supervision for three days.
