Sıla Usar İncirli, the leader of the Republican Turkish Party (CTP), attended the Torch Festival organized by the Dikmen Municipality, emphasizing the people-centric and participatory management philosophy advocated by municipalities managed by CTP. Now in its 11th year, the festival stands out as an important event where the local community comes together to strengthen unity and solidarity.

During the festival, İncirli interacted with citizens while visiting various booths. In her speech, she expressed that the people-centric approach adopted by CTP in local governments prioritizes social benefit. Investments of Dikmen Municipality
A notable characteristic of Dikmen Municipality is its investments aligned with the principle of social municipalism. The Torch Festival was filled with activities involving the participation of youths from 11 villages. İncirli noted that these festivals play a role in illuminating the future, stressing the importance of community solidarity. She also remarked that sports and social activities targeted at the youth represent significant investments between generations.
