Expressing that the municipality’s approximately 5 million TL debt to the Religious Foundations Authority is one of the obstacles in the new leasing process, Rahvancıoğlu pointed out the importance of having a clear approach on this issue. “First and foremost, we must correctly identify the legal, financial, and administrative barriers,” said Rahvancıoğlu, emphasizing the need to assess the current situation effectively to realize Mare Monte’s potential.
