The Pulya Festival held in Yeniboğaziçi continued with various cultural events while the Mormenekşe Women’s Association organized a fashion show themed “The Skills of Women.” Attendees of the festival showed great interest in this event, filled with hand-made products and creations prepared by women.
During the show, Yeniboğaziçi Mayor Esen Beyköylü presented a plaque to Mormenekşe Women’s Association President Erşen Ummanel for their contributions to the festival. Such events create an important platform showcasing community solidarity and women’s craftsmanship.
The evening program of the festival was also quite colorful. Dance teams from Turkey, Spain, Moldova, and Colombia showcased traditional costumes from their countries. These costumes offered the audience a chance to learn about different cultures.
